Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, it will be sent via Royal Mail or another trusted courier service 2nd class 

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

 

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.

 

 

Delays in Transit

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is outside of our control. Occasionally delays may occur due to postal delays, strikes, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.

 

We ask customers to allow the full delivery timeframe before contacting us regarding delayed parcels.

 

 

 

 

Lost Parcels

An item is not considered lost until it has been confirmed as such by the courier.

 

In line with courier guidelines, parcels are generally not classed as lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

 

If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact us and we will:

 

  • Open an investigation with the courier
  • Offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

 

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.

 

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or being unclaimed, a redelivery fee may apply.

 

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible, items must be:

 

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

 

  • Underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewellery
  • Beauty or cosmetic products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

 

 

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

 

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

 

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

 

If approved:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for faulty items or size-related issues, subject to stock availability.

 

Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

 

We will offer either:

 

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

 

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and quickly.

 

Customers agree to contact us first before raising a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or card provider. We reserve the right to submit all proof of dispatch, tracking, and communication in the event of a dispute.

 

We will always work to resolve issues directly, but we also reserve the right to challenge any chargeback where valid proof of fulfilment has been provided.
